Assistant Accounting Manager

Berkheimer Business Services provides financial, accounting, compliance auditing, planning and analysis to our internal customers.
We are currently seeking a well-organized, focus-driven individual to join our team as an Assistant Accounting Manager in our Pen Argyl, PA office! WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The Assistant Accounting Manager will assist in the supervision and development of staff, as well as the management of the operational activities of the Accounting Services team.
They will participate in the planning and development of systems and procedures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the team.
Additional responsibilities include:
Guide/train staff members on proper procedures, monitor employee performance, and provide feedback as necessary in order to achieve optimum performance.
Monitor and analyze daily workflows, business processes, and problems, to develop and implement solutions that enhance quality and efficiencies.
Coordinate staff in the development, analysis, and preparation of reports, and documentation of procedures.
Ensure the team is meeting all client deadlines in a professional and timely manner.

SCHEDULE On-site in our Pen Argyl, PA office Full-time Schedule Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM PAY

) in Accounting, Business Administration is desired or equivalent from four-year College or technical school.
Minimum 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or Equivalent combination of education and experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
